CLAIMS REPORTING PROCEDURES AND INSURANCE COMPANY CLAIM REPORTING PHONE NUMBERS

In order to serve our customers in the most efficient manner, we are providing the following options to you for reporting new claims:

Reporting the claim directly to the insurance company generally saves time by putting you in direct contact with a company representative who can answer your questions and take the initial claim information. If you are calling during normal business hours, or after we are closed, and have your coverage with one of the insurance companies listed below, you may report your claim directly to the carrier. Please be advised you will need your policy number available when reporting the claim.

If you prefer your initial contact to be with our office and are calling during our normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, you should contact our Claims Manager. The Claim Manager’s number is 912-234-4476 Ext. 1023 or direct at 912-944-6033. If you are unable to reach the Claims Manager after dialing the extension, please hit “0″ to go back to the operator and someone will assist you.

If you are calling after normal business hours and cannot locate your carrier below or you are unable to locate your policy number, please contact our 24 hour a day, 7 days a week service center by dialing the toll free number 1-866-971-1376. A service representative will be available to provide your policy number and advise the best procedure for beginning the claims process.
